Horní Beřkovice (German: Ober Berschkowitz) is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,000 inhabitants.

Horní Beřkovice lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) south-east of Litoměřice, 40 km (25 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 31 km (19 mi) north of Prague.

The municipality contains a former mental institution, now the municipal office, and a firing range for the police.
