Čmelíny is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.65 square kilometres (1.80 sq mi), and has a population of 117 (as at 28 August 2006).

Čmelíny lies approximately 36 kilometres (22 mi) south-east of Plzeň and 87 km (54 mi) south-west of Prague.
