Polánka near Myslív (not to be confused with Polánka near Kasejovice) is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It is often specified as part of the Klatovy District to differentiate itself from the one near Kasejovice.

The municipality covers an area of 5.11 square kilometres (1.97 sq mi), and has a population of 48 (as at 3 July 2006).

Polánka lies approximately 37 kilometres (23 mi) south of Plzeň and 96 km (60 mi) south-west of Prague.
