Beast was a restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Naomi Pomeroy was the chef and owner.[1]
History[]
Beast opened in 2007. The restaurant closed in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic.[2][3] The space was converted into a market called Ripe Cooperative.[4]
