Dubčany is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.43 square kilometres (1.32 sq mi), and has a population of 205 (as at 3 July 2006).

Dubčany lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of Olomouc and 198 km (123 mi) east of Prague.
