Měrotín is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.13 square kilometres (0.82 sq mi), and has a population of 286 (as at 3 July 2006).

Měrotín lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Olomouc and 190 km (118 mi) east of Prague.
