Fosses-la-Ville (Walloon: Fosse-li-Veye) is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Namur, Belgium. On January 1, 2006, Fosses-la-Ville had a total population of 9,311. The total area is 63.24 km² which gives a population density of 147 inhabitants per km².

The area of the original municipality was closely based around the city of Fosses-la-Ville, until it was expanded during the post-1974 fusion of the Belgian municipalities, adding the ancienne communes (now villages) of:
- Aisemont
- Le Roux
- Sart-Eustache
- Sart-Saint-Laurent
- Vitrival
Main sights[]
- Collegiate church of Saint-Feuillen, rebuilt in the 18th century. It has maintained a Romanesque tower from the 10th century.
- Chapelle Sainte-Brigide, a small sanctuary built by Irish monks
