The Gheorgheni Wind Farm is a proposed wind power project in Gheorgheni, Harghita County, Romania. It will have 38 individual wind turbines[1] with a nominal output of around 2.6 MW each which will deliver up to 100 MW of power, enough to power over 60,000 homes, with a capital investment required of approximately US$150 million.
