Kouty is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.33 square kilometres (3.22 sq mi), and has a population of 379 (as at 3 July 2006).

Kouty lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Třebíč, 18 km (11 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 132 km (82 mi) south-east of Prague.
