The list of Current members from the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council State. State elect 36 members for the term of 6 years. 22 members are indirectly elected by the state legislators. 2 members are elected from Local Authorities Constituency, 2 from Panchayat Constituency.[1] Governor of Jammu and Kashmir nominated up to 8 members from eminent people from various fields.
