Music of Heilongjiang

Heilongjiang is a province in northeastern China. Its capital city, Harbin, is regarded as a center for musical innovation in China and is a "major concert center."[1] The city is home to one of the most renowned symphony orchestras in the country, and also celebrates . The city's large historical Jewish population are particularly known for their musical talent,[citation needed] having founded the Harbin symphony, for example.
