Prignano sulla Secchia (Modnese: Prignân; locally Pèrgnan) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Modena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of Bologna and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southwest of Modena. It is in the , in the valley of the Secchia river.
