The company sells salads, wraps, and breakfast burritos and soup.[1] The restaurant chain was founded by Roushan Christofellis in 2016 and had six locations in Arizona.[2] The first restaurant was opened in Gilbert, Arizona.

In 2021 the company opened 6 restaurants in North Texas in, Plano, Dallas, Richardson, Fort Worth and Carrolton.[7] In 2021 the company made plans to open more locations in Texas during the spring of 2022.[8]
