South View is a summer village in Alberta, Canada. It is located on the northern shore of Isle Lake, opposite from Silver Sands.

Demographics[]

In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of South View recorded a population of 67 living in 30 of its 88 total private dwellings, a 91.4% change from its 2011 population of 35. With a land area of 0.41 km2 (0.16 sq mi), it had a population density of 163.4/km2 (423.2/sq mi) in 2016.[1]

The Summer Village of South View's 2012 municipal census counted a population of 76.[2]

In the 2011 Census, the Summer Village of South View had a population of 35 living in 16 of its 20 total dwellings, a −69.6% change from its 2006 population of 115. With a land area of 0.69 km2 (0.27 sq mi), it had a population density of 50.7/km2 (131.4/sq mi) in 2011.[3]
