Vallée d'Aoste Jambon de Bosses
Vallée d’Aoste Jambon de Bosses is a spicy cured ham product[1] from Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses in the Aosta Valley in Italy,[2] one of the region's specialties.[3][4] It was awarded European Union protected designation of origin (PDO) status.[5]
