Notes:

  • The North American leg of the tour saw "Sanctuary" moved up to second on the setlist followed by "Wrathchild", with every other song in the same order.
  • Dave Murray would have a guitar solo after "To Tame a Land", followed by a drum solo from Nicko McBrain, segueing into "Phantom of the Opera" (later "Hallowed Be Thy Name").
  • "I've Got the Fire" (Montrose-cover, b-side of Flight Of Icarus single) was performed on 16 and 17 May 1983. "Tush" (ZZ Top cover) was performed on 21 October and 17 November 1983.
  • At the 7 August show in Indianapolis, a model who had recently been voted "Miss Metal" as part of a radio promotion was invited on-stage during "22 Acacia Avenue". She danced around vocalist Bruce Dickinson in a bikini, knee-high boots, long PVC gloves, holding a whip and had handcuffs hanging from her belt. After she'd finished dancing, Dickinson went up to her and ripped her top off, leaving her topless in front of the crowd. Dickinson was arrested after the show and was eventually sued by the young woman; the lawsuit was later settled out of court. A picture of Dickinson and the (fully clothed) young woman can be seen in the CD booklet for the 1998 re-release of Piece of Mind.
  • "Mission from 'Arry" was recorded at the 18 August Allentown show.
  • Final tour to feature a drum solo.
  • The final night of the tour in Dortmund saw the band "kill" their mascot Eddie after the song "Iron Maiden". Bruce Dickinson took the brain out of Eddie's head while the rest of the band kicked and pummelled the mascot, while guitarist Dave Murray smashed his Fender Stratocaster on Eddie's neck and a nearby amplifier.
