Únějovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.93 square kilometres (1.52 sq mi), and has a population of 76 (as at 3 July 2006).

Únějovice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Domažlice, 37 km (23 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 117 km (73 mi) south-west of Prague.
