Brnířov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.7 square kilometres (1.0 sq mi), and has a population of 335 (as at 3 July 2006).

Brnířov lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Domažlice, 48 km (30 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 127 km (79 mi) south-west of Prague.
