Černýšovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.13 square kilometres (3.91 sq mi), and has a population of 79 (as at 3 July 2006).

Černýšovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Tábor, 39 km (24 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 85 km (53 mi) south of Prague.
