The 2011–12 PlusLiga was the 76th season of the Polish Volleyball Championship, the 12th season as a professional league organized by the Professional Volleyball League SA (Polish: Profesjonalna Liga Piłki Siatkowej S.A.) under the supervision of the Polish Volleyball Federation (Polish: Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej).

During this season, PGE Skra Bełchatów and ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle competed in CEV Champions League, Asseco Resovia and Tytan AZS Częstochowa in CEV Cup, AZS Politechnika Warszawska in CEV Challenge Cup. Jastrzębski Węgiel received a wild card and won a silver medal at the 2011 Club World Championship.[1]

Asseco Resovia achieved their 5th title of the Polish Champions, the first title since 1975.
