The 2022 season will be the New England Patriots' 53rd in the National Football League (NFL), their 63rd overall, their 21st playing home games at Gillette Stadium and their 23rd under head coach Bill Belichick. They will look to improve on their 10–7 record from last year and make the playoffs for the 19th time since 2000.
