Greenleigh is an acreage estate to the east of the City of Queanbeyan in New South Wales, Australia.[2] It was formerly known as Dodsworth.[3] At the 2016 census, Greenleigh had a population of 684.[1]
Greenleigh is home to 'bush-blocks' no less than 1-acre in size, creating a welcoming country community vibe with the benefits of being located close to a town centre. Greenleigh attracts the highest house prices and rates in Queanbeyan. Property in Queanbeyan is in high-demand due to the low number of properties on the market in recent years.
Located 5-minutes from Queanbeyan's CBD and 20-minutes from Canberra's CBD, Greenleigh is ideally situated as a gateway to the south coast.
