Hostějov is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 0.94 square kilometres (0.36 sq mi), and has a population of 37 (as at 3 July 2006).

Hostějov lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of Uherské Hradiště, 37 km (23 mi) south-west of Zlín, and 236 km (147 mi) south-east of Prague.
