Nezdenice is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.34 square kilometres (3.22 sq mi), and has a population of 792 (as at 28 August 2006).

Nezdenice lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) east of Uherské Hradiště, 25 km (16 mi) south of Zlín, and 269 km (167 mi) south-east of Prague.
