To use this ticket[2] is possible for passengers to get on and off all bus stops of Keisei Bus and Keisei Town Bus in Tokyo, to ride on only 金61[3] in Saitama, what is more, to ride on Arakawa City community bus and Sumida City community bus that are operated by Keisei Bus. But, expressway buses and midnight buses are excepted from available bus routes.

This company was established on 2 October 1991, but the bus company had been renamed Chiba Flower Bus since 2 August 1994 and started to operate many bus routes which are transferred from Keisei Electric Railway on 1 May 1995.[6][7] As the bus company started to operate bus routes, bus routes which were earning rate was low was discontinued or unified, besides many bus routes which have specialized in running in the city of Naruto have been established around Narutō Station and Chiba Station due to community-based company.
