Location of Prešov District in the Prešov Region.

Kvačany (Hungarian: Kvačany) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

History[]

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1626.

Geography[]

The municipality lies at an altitude of 409 metres and covers an area of 5.12 km2 (1.98 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).[1]
