Location of Prešov District in the Prešov Region.

Tuhrina (Hungarian: Turina) is a municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

History[]

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1427.

Geography[]

The municipality lies at an altitude of 490 metres and covers an area of 13.25 km2 (5.12 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).[1]

Population[]

It has a population of 500 people (2020-12-31).[2]
