  2. ^ Initially as an MP of the Communist Party of Ukraine which was dissolved after the 1991 August Putsch
  3. ^ From November 12 to December 9, 2008, Oleksandr Lavrynovych performed functions of Chairman ex officio as the First Deputy Chairman.
  4. ^ During his term as Chairman, Turchynov switched allegiance to People's Front, which was established on 10 September 2014. People's Front did not take part in the 2012 parliamentary election and it never had a political faction in parliament prior to the 2014 parliamentary election.[11][12][13]
