Olomučany is a municipality and village in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants.
The municipality covers an area of 15.13 square kilometres (5.84 sq mi), and has a population of 920 (as at 28 August 2006).
Olomučany lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Blansko, 16 km (10 mi) north of Brno, and 183 km (114 mi) south-east of Prague.
