Pentosyltransferases are a type of glycosyltransferase that catalyze the transfer of a pentose.
Examples include:
- adenine phosphoribosyltransferase
- hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase
- pertussis toxin
- poly ADP ribose polymerase
