Sobíňov is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.04 square kilometres (2.33 sq mi), and has a population of 651 (as at 28 August 2006).

Sobíňov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Havlíčkův Brod, 36 km (22 mi) north of Jihlava, and 107 km (66 mi) south-east of Prague.

Sobíňov is a railroad hub. One main railroad Pardubice–Havlíčkův Brod crosses here. It is only for local and regional trains to stop here.
