Arnolec (Czech pronunciation: [ˈarnolɛts]; German: Arnoldsdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 11.36 square kilometres (4.39 sq mi), and has a population of 174 (as at 3 July 2006).

Arnolec lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) east of Jihlava and 124 km (77 mi) south-east of Prague.

The first written document mentioning Arnolec is from 1407.
