Mysliboř (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪslɪbor̝̊]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.36 square kilometres (2.84 sq mi), and has a population of 222 (as at 2 October 2006).

Mysliboř lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south of Jihlava and 124 km (77 mi) south-east of Prague.
