Horní Dubenky (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɦorɲiː ˈdubɛŋkɪ]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.97 square kilometres (3.85 sq mi), and has a population of 638 (as at 28 August 2006).

Horní Dubenky lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 113 km (70 mi) south-east of Prague.
