Bratrušov (German: Brattersdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Šumperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 11.53 square kilometres (4.45 sq mi), and has a population of 621 (as at 28 August 2006).

Bratrušov lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Šumperk, 52 km (32 mi) north-west of Olomouc, and 182 km (113 mi) east of Prague.
