Hradešice is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 14.84 square kilometres (5.73 sq mi), and has a population of 414 (as at 28 August 2006).

Hradešice lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Klatovy, 50 km (31 mi) south of Plzeň, and 104 km (65 mi) south-west of Prague.
