Kārsava Municipality (Latvian: Kārsavas novads) is a municipality in Latgale, Latvia. The municipality was formed in 2009 by merging Goliševa Parish, Malnava Parish, Mērdzene Parish, Mežvidi Parish, Salnava Parish and Kārsava town, the administrative centre being Kārsava.
