A listing of the lieutenant governors of the State of Delaware. The Office of Lieutenant Governor was created by the Delaware Constitution of 1897, and the first election took place in 1900.

Living former lieutenant governors of Delaware[]

As of March 2021, five former lieutenant governors of Delaware are living, the oldest being Ruth Ann Minner (in office 1993–2001, born 1935). The most recent and most recently serving lieutenant governor to die was Dale E. Wolf (served 1989–1992, born 1924), who died on March 20, 2021.
