Mrtník is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.91 square kilometres (1.51 sq mi), and has a population of 326 (as at 3 July 2006).

Mrtník lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north of Plzeň and 82 km (51 mi) west of Prague.
