Přimda (German: Pfraumberg) is a town in Tachov District the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,600 inhabitants.

Přimda Castle

The town is known for the Romanesque Přimda Castle, a ruin of the oldest castle in the country. It is located on the Přimda hill, 848 m (2,782 ft) above sea level. The first written mention of the castle is from 1121, when it was an important border fortress.[2]
