Saint-Aubin-sur-Yonne (French pronunciation: ​[sɛ̃.t‿obɛ̃ syʁ jɔn], literally Saint-Aubin on Yonne) is a commune in the Yonne department in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in north-central France.

City of Saint-Aubin-sur-Yonne Canton of Joigny belongs to and the district of Auxerre. The inhabitants of Saint-Aubin-sur-Yonne called the Aubinois and numbered 387 in the 1999 census. The area is 8.9 square kilometers.

It is geographically located at an altitude of 90 meters.[2]
