Santa Rosa station is a railway station on the South Main Line (Southrail) of the Philippine National Railways. Like all PNR stations, the station is at grade. It is located in Barangay Labas, Santa Rosa City, Laguna, within the city proper. It is the 3rd station (excluding ) from Mamatid, the current[when?] terminus.

Santa Rosa was opened on October 10, 1908. Also known then as Santa Rosa Biñang.
