Tarnos (French pronunciation: [taʁnɔs] (listen); Occitan: Tarnòs) is a commune in the Landes department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.

Tarnos is in the far southwest corner of the department, 5 km north of Bayonne.
