Čeložnice (German: Czelloschnitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.31 square kilometres (2.44 sq mi), and has a population of 392 (as at 25 February 2008).

Čeložnice lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north of Hodonín, 43 km (27 mi) south-east of Brno, and 229 km (142 mi) south-east of Prague.
