Ampus (French pronunciation: ​[ɑ̃pys]; Occitan: Empus) is a commune in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France.

The hilltop village of Ampus is situated 14 km northwest of Draguignan.
