Chýstovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.19 square kilometres (2.00 sq mi), and has a population of 40 (as at 2 October 2006).

Chýstovice lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 43 km (27 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 74 km (46 mi) south-east of Prague.
