Zachotín is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.04 square kilometres (3.88 sq mi), and has a population of 241 (as at 3 July 2006).

Zachotín lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Pelhřimov, 20 km (12 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 96 km (60 mi) south-east of Prague.
