Ondřejov is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.54 square kilometres (1.75 sq mi), and has a population of 144 (as at 3 July 2006).

Ondřejov lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Pelhřimov, 30 km (19 mi) west of Jihlava, and 94 km (58 mi) south-east of Prague.
