Želiv (German: Seelau) is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants.

Želiv lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Pelhřimov, 31 km (19 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 85 km (53 mi) south-east of Prague.
