Zlátenka is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.37 square kilometres (0.92 sq mi), and has a population of 44 (as at 3 July 2006).

Zlátenka lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Pelhřimov, 38 km (24 mi) west of Jihlava, and 87 km (54 mi) south-east of Prague.
